The response, appearance (like new) and functionality of the iPhone 7plus (gold) were superb. However, the sound was a little too subdued. So we asked for a replacement, and that was quickly acted upon within a few days. Now all is perfect. More importantly, my wife is now very, very happy.First of all let me just say WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.I will add first that they did refund my money promptly which I appreciated but the fact that they sell phones that are SIM LOCKED. Not exactly a good look. I bought this phone for my daughter and it got here reasonably quickly within 3-4 days. When it got here she was so excited and we took it to ATT where I payed to have it put on a plan and then, when they tried to set up a phone number and SIM card for it I was told that the phone was sim locked which meant that until it was unlocked it wasn’t able to be used at all. Wtf?! My daughter was so disappointed... And I had to figure out what the heck to do considering how much money I had just spent on it. I took it to a cell phone repair store where they proceeded to tell me that yes, it wasn’t on a “blacklist” for stolen phones but that it WAS on a “whitelist” for phones where someone hasn’t finished paying for it yet. Again, wtf!? So... I did what anyone else would do... I immediately contacted Amazon and demanded a full refund for the exchange of the useless phone. Plus, the quality was not good at all. It had many small scratches on the screen and back and around the border of the phone. I had just ordered myself a XR from a different refurbished store on Amazon and the quality from them was amazing.So to put it clearly the negatives,- Many flaws to the appearance of the phone itself- Phone was SIM LOCKED & “WHITE LISTED”BUT, since I’m kind I will say that they handled the situation quickly but that’s really the only positive here.This is what happened to me and obviously it’s not happening to everyone who buys from them but I mean I wouldn’t take the chance again.I broke my iPhone 7 and this phone because I iPhone 7 Plus 32 gig was only like $20 more than it would be to fix my other one so I bought this factory reconditioned iPhone 7 Plus and I’m very happy with it I could not tell that it was used it was in perfect condition as far as I could tell the memory in the battery life seems to be just fine so very happy with my choice to get a reconditioned repurposed phone through Amazon thank youThe speaker was terrible, people can barely hear me. #waste of moneyI really like how big of a screen the phone is and love the color it came with. It works out for me because I wear glasses sometimes and when I had a smaller phone I would have to use it close up just to see some of the words. But overall it has been working fine and really like the size of it. It was affordable.PerfectI was really afraid to order because of the reviews here but i decided to give it try and i don't regret at all.The phone arrived like new, I inserted my t-mobile card and it worked right away without any problem.I ordered the phone in early April, now August and the phone still works perfect.I don't really know what are all this bad comments about?? I received the phone today and it works like a charm. No signs of use or anything. Perfect use and all. Popped my SIM in and it’s perfect. So i’m not sure about all of these bad reviews, but i took the benefit of doubt and got it. Not disappointed at all. Wished it came with headphones but that’s minor. Charger is included. Definitely enjoyed my purchase
