I was completely blown away when this arrived. As a preowned phone, I had expected there to be scratches on the screen and maybe a diminished battery life. But to my surprise, this phone looks brand new. Not a single scratch, and the battery shows 100% capacity. While I realize the Iphone 7 is no longer going to be supported by Apple, this phone is perfect for my needs as a desk phone only. I wont need to install any apps, and wont be using it for the internet, so as a phone only, this should meet my needs for the next few years. I highly recommend purchasing from this company.For the cost of my purchase, I’m happy. Not everyone can afford a $1200 phone,not in today’s world.for a refurbished phone it works wonderful, the only thing about it is that it overheats when I’m playing games extensively, that’s not Amazon’s fault that’s just apple. I wish that I had gotten an original charging cable but that’s ok .The phone is Flawless. It is really in Excellent condition. Once I got it. It has no charge, so I charged it until full for 3 hours. Battery Health is at 100%. Set up is a breeze. I put my AT&T sims and it works perfect. It was running IOS 13 but I decided to install the IOS 15.6.1 and no problem running it. No lag or freezing So happy with this purchase.Going to admit, after reading some reviews battery life appeared biggest issue. So ordered 1 just incase. Phone purchase for my niece, arrived fully charged. Charge lasted about 4 to 6hrs. Think normally it's 6 to 8 average. So far it has fluctuated between 5 to 7hrs. As far as fingerprint reader she says it works good. Doesn't use face recognition so can not confirm on functionality. I can state that even though phone is older model she absolutely loves it. I will be changing a battery when it's needed. Will recommend my friends and family. Will also be buying from here again. It runs very smooth and handles all my needs (I have not tried any games on it). It came in generic packaging with a generic charger and wall cube, which is fine with me. Switching my SIM card was as easy as you can imagine. I took it out of my old phone and put it in this phone. After inspecting the phone, I found only a couple minor chips in the aluminum frame of the phone (I plan on getting a case so that's no big deal). Overall it's a great deal!My single concern that has yet to be resolved is the battery life. The battery cannot make it through a whole day on a charge which bothers me. I got the phone on Wednesday April 22nd and the maximum capacity was between 87-85% which didn’t concern me too much as I knew it was refurbished. However it is now April 24th, just 2 days later, and the maximum capacity is at 80%. This worried me because it’s only been 2 days and it’s already dropped significantly. I’m willing to believe that this is just fluctuations that happen after recently setting up a refurbished phone. But if the maximum battery capacity continues to degrade at this rate I may try to return the phone. I will give updates as time goes on.Although the battery numbers are worrying me this phone overall is great! It’s an awesome phone.UPDATE: The maximum battery capacity seems to have stabilized at 80%. I'm guessing it was just standard used phone battery fluctuations. Since this falls under the promised battery levels I won't be trying to get a refund. However I due to personal preference I'd rather have a 100% battery capacity so I sent it to Apple to get the battery replaced. This costs about $60 so be aware that if you want a battery with 100% maximum capacity you will likely need to spend another $60. It's still $100 dollers cheaper than buying a brand new iPhone 7 plus though.To be clear I am not angry or frustrated with the seller, Kiss Electronics. They delivered an iPhone that falls very clearly under their product description. Any dissatisfaction with product is purely based on my personal preference. You will still get a phone close to brand new.Works just as good as a new one for much less the cost.
